Hello, my artistic name is Chucho Ramirez. I have been a producer and arranger since 1990. I know exactly how hard it is to find that sweet spot where the modern does not sound "sterile" and the analogue does not sound "dull" or heavy. Reaching that warmth and weight of analogue gear — that sense of a big sound with air around it — combined with the precision and dynamics of today's digital is the holy grail of modern production. I have worked with Santiago on mastering for three projects, and I also had the chance to record at his studio.
